This collaboration signifies a pivotal step toward zero-emission energy solutions for Digihost by transitioning its existing power infrastructure to leverage advanced nuclear energy.

In the interim, NANO Nuclear will assist in optimizing Digihost’s existing gas power infrastructure to ensure energy stability while nuclear deployment is developed. As part of the collaboration, NANO Nuclear will provide consulting services to Digihost to support the planning and execution of the project, which will include regulatory advice, site assessment, roadmap development and stakeholder engagement.
International Agreements
Rwanda Atomic Energy Board (RAEB)
NANO Nuclear Signs a Memorandum of Understanding with the Rwanda Atomic Energy Board to Develop a Robust Nuclear Energy Ecosystem within the Republic of Rwanda
- RAEB is Rwanda’s Nuclear Energy Program Implementing Organization. Its role is to promote the safe and peaceful use of nuclear energy
- RAEB is responsible for coordinating research and development on nuclear energy in Rwanda, establish partnerships with entities in the field of nuclear energy, support nuclear energy applications, and ensure compliance with international nuclear safety and security standards
Rwanda MOU offerings:
- Establish a framework of cooperation between NANO and the Rwanda Atomic Energy Board(RAEB) to introduce and integrate SMRs and microreactors throughout the Republic of Rwanda
- NANO will support the development of Rwanda’s entire nuclear energy ecosystem through technical assistance, training and educational programs to develop Rwanda’s nuclear expertise
- NANO, in collaboration with the Cambridge Nuclear Energy Centre, will strengthen Rwanda’s educational programs to foster Rwanda’s domestic nuclear energy industry
Government of the Togolese Republic
NANO Nuclear Signs a Memorandum of Understanding with the Government of the Togolese Republic

The MOU establishes a framework under which NANO Nuclear will collaborate with the Togolese government to advance the development and deployment of nuclear reactors, fuel facilities and nuclear material transportation within the territory of Togo. The collaboration aims to supplement Togo’s national energy initiatives with advanced nuclear technologies, including microreactors like ‘ZEUS’ and ‘ODIN’, NANO Nuclear’s next generation microreactors, and build a more robust energy ecosystem. The MOU may lead to one or more definitive agreements in the future.

Under the MOU, NANO Nuclear will be responsible for evaluating the specific regional needs for energy systems that can support remote mines, industries, data centers, towns, hospitals, and desalination plants throughout the country, without the need to connect to the national grid. In turn, the Togolese government will support NANO Nuclear’s licensing and implementation efforts in Togo, ensuring that the projects meet all international safety, non-proliferation and best practices.
MOU with UrAmerica Ltd. to Help Modernize and Develop Argentina’s Nuclear Fuel Supply Chain
The newly signed MOU formalizes the discussions that NANO Nuclear initiated with UrAmerica to explore strategic development across Argentina’s uranium-fuel supply chain. Argentina has one of the largest uranium repositories in the world and its government is currently looking into the privatization of their nuclear energy sector, enabling innovators like NANO Nuclear to invest and support the development of the nuclear energy infrastructure in the country.
